These terms govern your use of CareerAgentAI ("the app"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
CareerAgentAI uses AI to analyze your resume and background against job postings you provide, score how well you fit, and help you draft cover letters. It is a tool to assist your job search, not a guarantee of any outcome.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.
Certain features consume credits, which you can purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system at the prices shown in the app. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies - we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
Fit scores, explanations, and cover letters are generated by AI based on the information you provide. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect how an actual employer will view your application. You're responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before using it - the app does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability.
You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our systems; or upload content you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's resume without permission).
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
